Hymn - For all the saints

For all the saints who from their labour rest, who thee by faith before the world confessed,

Thy name, 0 Jesus, be for ever blest. Hallelujah, hallelujah.

But lo! There breaks a yet more glorious day; the saints in triumph rise in bright array;

the king of glory passes on his way,

From earth’s wide bounds, from ocean’s farthest coast, through gates of pearl streams in the countless host,

singing to Father, Son and Holy Ghost,

  1. If you are going to use my drawing (simple as it may be), please give me proper credit. Also, that is a drawing of the armorial bearings of the Marquess of Ailsa and only the marquess is entitled to bear them. They are not the arms of some Kennedy clan, and they are not to be used by anyone that happens to share a surname with the marquess.

  2. Hello Alexander,

    I have no idea where this coat of arms came from or it's authenticity. I have asked Howard where he got this from and I will try to get that information and get back to you through this comment section.

  3. Back again Alexander,

    Howard says that he pulled it off the net about 10 years ago and there was no reference to who did the drawing. But he says it was on a site where the tartans and coat of arms of different clans were shown. This came under the Kennedy's. He can't recall the site.

    Anyway as you can see I have removed it. If I find the site which it was on, I'll post back here because someone might have made the same mistake that we perpetuated.

  5. Alexander,

    I was unable to find the source of your picture on the net, but I did see that you are quite right and the coat of arms was not the correct one for the Kennedy clan.

    Thanks for the heads up.
